CHCSS00070 Assist clients with medication

This skill set focuses on providing support to a person self administering medication.

Prerequisite – Students must hold Certificate III or higher qualification in an area providing direct client care and support and either have access to a workplace that assists clients with medication, overseen by an Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or ATSI Health practitioner, or be willing to complete work placement. 

Skill set outline: This skill set contains 2 units of competency.
